For all warranty repair problems/complaints relating to LA-Z-BOY or Morgan products we advise you to contact the retailer from which you first purchased the product.

We carry a life time warranty on the LA-Z-BOY Mechanism and a 10 year warranty on the frame. The warranty on fabrics depends largely on what fabric is used.

Please remember that not all recliners are LA-Z-BOY's. This is a common misconception. The way to tell is by lifting the footrest.

LA-Z-BOY is the only chair that has a 3 position locking footrest.
